8:30 – 9:00 – Breakfast distribution, National stadium “Vasil Levski”

*In front of the National stadium ”Vasil Levski” the buses are going to wait for us for departure towards Plovdiv. Тhey will leave this point at 9:00 a.m.

*The breakfast will be snack packages and will be eaten on the bus during the trip. 

9:00 – 12:00 – Trip to Plovdiv

12:00 – 14:30 – City tour, the ancient center of Plovdiv 

*We will visit some of the famous attractions.

14:30 – 15:30 – Lunch

*The lunch will be given in Plovdiv.

15:30 – 18:00 – Free time, Plovdiv

18:00 – 21:00 – Trip to Sofia

21:00 – Dinner

*The dinner will be given in Sofia.

*All of the workshops are going to be in the Rectorate of UACEG, except 806A, which is in corpus A, floor 8.

*Please, choose between the following activities – volleyball, badminton, football, chess tournament, hiking in Vitosha mountain. If you choose volleyball or badminton, please wear clean shoes and sports clothing. If you choose the hiking, please, wear appropriate clothing for the variable mountain weather.

*Please, note that outdoor sports activities are weather dependent!!!

*For those gearing up to apply to host the IGSM 2026, a presentation is required by 16 May 2024.

*For the new universities that are not IGSO members, a presentation should be prepared and sent by 16 May 2024.
